Room Rates for 2012
2012 Special!!
The Vienna room AND the Heron room will be rented together to one tenant for just $126/week plus expenses!!!
Expenses include power, toll-barred phone line, internet, sky tv (movies and sport), rubbish removal, a bi-weekly cleaning service for shared areas, and gardener.
Room rates are based on single occupancy.
Bonds and Moving In:
If you can provide references we take 2 weeks rent and expenses as your bond. Your bond is held by the NZ Department of Building and Housing. If you can't provide references then we require a 4 week payment for your bond.
You also need to pay your first two weeks rent and expenses in advance when you move into the flat. This covers your first two weeks at the flat and will give you an opportunity to set up your automatic payment for your regular rent payments.
